Propeld is a real estate platform, based in New Jersey USA; a modern application that manages the full life-cycle of apartment renting. Tenants use the platform to rent apartments, submit their documents, pay their rent, and manage their accounts. Landlords use it to list their apartments to the public. Agents can seek out new clients, show apartments, and convince them to apply. Technologies used: Node.js, MongoDB, Express.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST API, Amazon AWS EC2, etc.

Contributed to the development of the logistics and infrastructure management applications for the Ministry of Defense of Albania to manage the daily cycle of logistics and infrastructure of the Albanian Armed Forces. Built a module that manages infrastructure assets, creating online access to maps and documents based on user access rights. Developed a reporting system that generates responsive and printable reports based on categories and filters applied by the user. Technologies used: Node.js, PHP, MySQL, MongoDB, jQuery, jQuery UI, Bootstrap, Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools (BIRT), GIT, AJAX, RESTful API.

Served as a full-stack developer on Propeld.co, a mobile app allowing potential renters to locate apartments and real estate agents through the app and complete the housing process from their phone. Built the entire structure of the application making it a full single page application. Built a scalable backend and implemented permission-based roles and access levels based on various parts of the application. Created modules including parsing data from Excel sheets, formatting and storing it to the database, converting content to downloadable PDF files, and automatically cropping and compressing images in the back-end. Implemented numerous additional functions including search, live map, and instant tour. Utilized Google Places API for user addresses and Google Maps API to display apartments across different areas.
