The project scope was to allow customers to create, update tickets (incidents) and get notified about changes via SMS message. I designed and developed the ServiceNow and Twilio Integration, adding new capabilities for the existing system. The project was successfully deployed to PROD and is now being used by the company. BLiTS uses blockchain technology in IT Service Management. It converts SLA (Service Level Agreement) into Smart Contract. It ensures that SLAs are not breached and that there is a mechanism for automating instances of services breach detection that automatically allocates penalties stipulated in the service agreement. The system also provides a high level of security. I designed the BLiTS Architectural model and the product specification. Converted SLAs into Smart Contracts, which reduced risks between interested parties, boosting confidentiality and integrity of the exchanged data. The project was successfully deployed to PROD and is now being used. Technologies used in the project: ITIL framework, Private Blockchain (Hyperledger Fabric).
The project comprises of a dynamic integration adapter between ServiceNow and BLiTS that allows to connect ServiceNow with the Kompitech BLiTS ITSM tool. It’s used by Kompitech GmBH to connect partners’ ServiceNow instance to the Kompitech BLiTS ITSM tool. I designed and developed the Dynamic integration adapter for ServiceNow and BLiTS integration. The integration was completed in an easy, fast, and secure manner. Integration time was reduced from months to a few days without the need for coding. The project was successfully deployed to PROD and is being used.
